Use this page to check runtime requirements and install Knitting correctly for your JavaScript runtime.

Requirements

• Node.js 22+
• Deno 2+
• Bun (recent stable)

Install

Knitting is published on JSR. Latest release as of March 23, 2026: 0.1.38.

Deno

deno add --npm jsr:@vixeny/knitting

Bun

bunx jsr add @vixeny/knitting

Note

Knitting needs a physical npm module entry for Deno to resolve it correctly, so use --npm when installing through deno or jsr.

If Deno keeps resolving the package incorrectly, remove the generated entry from deno.json and install again with --npm.
